MIMUN program fees are offered as a package for both faculty and students, and include hotel accommodations. In order to secure the most competitive rates, all fees and hotel accommodations are handled through us. Any questions about fees or payments may be directed to the Undersecretary-General of Administration at usga@mimun.mx

Delegate Package

The MIMUN Delegate Package Includes:

Conference Materials and Participation
Hotel Accomodations for Thursday-Saturday Nights
Banquet Dinner on Thursday Night

Priority Registration Rate:(November 1st Deadline)
$3,000MXN per School
$5,100MXN per Student

Regular Registration Rate:(December 20th Deadline)
$3,500MXN per School
$5,100MXN per Student

Late School Registration Rate: (2020 Registrations)
$4,000MXN per School
$5,300MXN per Student

*If your school registers before November 1st, you may add additional delegates at the priority registration rate up until the date of the conference.

Empty Bed Fee:
Since the delegate rate is based on four students per room, each room that does not have four students will incur a fee of $2,000MEX per empty spot. This fee, however, can be waived if your school will allow your remaining students to room with those from another school. We always do everything possible to room students from the same school together, but this fee is necessary to cover hotel costs.

Advisor Package

The MIMUN Advisor Package Includes:

Access to all Conference Events and Functions
Hotel Accomodations for Thursday-Saturday Nights at the hotel (Single Room, King Bed)
Banquet Dinner on Thursday Night
Faculty Advisor Reception on Thursday Evening

Advisor Registration Rate:
$7,000MEX per Advisor Room*

*Advisor rates are calculated for single, king bed rooms. If two advisors from the same school would like to share a room, the fee will drop to $3,750MEX per person. 

Due Dates

Delegation Fee: Due within 30 Days of Registration

Delegate and Advisor Fees: Due by January 15, 2019. All late submissions will incur a $650MEX late fee per week. It is very important that we receive payment on time so that we may pay our vendors. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

Delegate Fee Structure:Delegate fees will be paid in two payments. Half will be due on November 1, 2019. The second 50% will due January 15, 2020.

Cancellations and Refunds

Delegate and advisor numbers may not be lowered after January 15, 2020. After this date, no refunds will be given and your school will be billed for any costs of your expected attendance that are deemed irrecoverable by MUNDO.

Additional delegates and advisors may be added up until the date of the conference pending space availability.
